Remuneration to the Board of Directors

The 2021 Annual General Meeting decided that total fees paid to Board members should be distributed as follows:

Board Chairman: SEK 2,445,000

Other Board members (elected by the Annual General Meeting

and not employees of the company) SEK 815,000.

In addition members of the Audit Committees receive fees as follows:

Committee Chairman: SEK 400,000

Other Audit Committee members: SEK 280,000

The Remuneration Committee members

Committee Chairman: SEK 150,000

Other members: SEK 120,000
