Essity non-financial reporting system
Essity operates an extensive non-financial system for gathering and presenting data for individual production facilities and entire business units. The system allows us to analyze data, describing how the company uses energy, water, transport and raw materials, and to monitor waste and emissions. In addition, social data such as occupational safety data is also part of the system.

2021 Essity published the first report under the Forest Positive Coalition of Action. The KPIs have been agreed by the Working Group on Pulp, Paper and Packaging which is part of the Forest Positive Coalition of Action.
