About the Role
As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will strengthen our e-commerce business by transforming performance data into meaningful commercial insights. You will support our Amazon business while helping manage and develop third-party e-commerce accounts.
This opportunity goes beyond reporting. You will analyze sales, inventory, competitive and marketplace trends, identify opportunities, and translate your findings into recommendations that help account teams make informed decisions. The position is based in Philadelphia with a hybrid working arrangement and approximately 10 to 20% domestic travel.

- Commercial Insights: Turn weekly and monthly performance data into clear observations and recommendations that support account managers and commercial decisions.
- Account Management: Support third-party and pure-play e-commerce accounts, monitor business performance and strengthen ongoing partner collaboration.
- Reporting Improvement: Streamline recurring e-commerce reporting, reduce manual data work and build a more efficient approach to analysis and insights.
- Commercial Execution: Coordinate assortment changes, promotional activities and pricing guidelines while monitoring opportunities to improve account performance.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor and marketplace activity using sources such as Amazon data and NielsenIQ, translating developments into relevant commercial insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, supply chain and finance teams to resolve operational issues and support consistent e-commerce execution.
Who You Are
- You hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, mathematics, computer science or another relevant analytical field.
- You bring approximately two or more years of relevant experience in e-commerce, sales, marketing, account management or commercial analytics, with an understanding of commercial KPIs and business drivers.
- You have strong analytical and reporting skills and can interpret data, recognize trends and translate findings into actionable business insights. Experience with Amazon data or Vendor Central and exposure to NielsenIQ are strongly valued; Seller Central or marketplace experience is an advantage.
- You are commercially curious, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong communication and collaboration skills and the confidence to investigate performance, recommend actions and take ownership of your work.
- You are fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
