Organization Improvement Specialist
About the Role
Develop safety, quality, technical, process capabilities in people. These capabilities are required to improve their potential and achieve the business objectives, through, a training plan and programing focused in areas losses tree together skills, effective training and certifications.
What You Will Do
Develop continuos improvement system implementation with legal requires in trainings.
Set training plans and programs together responsible of areas to achieve CBN objectives. Follow up the actions and start new corrective actions when find deviations.
Define training basic technical necessities together production areas based on losses tree from production lines focused on priorization profiles in Skill Matrix.
Manage trainin budget.
Develop Safety, Technical Mastery andWork Process skills through Skills Blocks in Manufacturing Academy and follow up the actions in plan.
Develop self-learning culture by use training systems and implementing new technologies to imporve knowledge based on Skill Matrix.
Develop internal trainers based on Manufacturing Academy, TPM methodology and losses tree from areas.
Responsible of internal and legal training audits and coordinate external visits on Site from Universities and other companies.
Who You Are
Studies: Professional - Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, Chemical, Industrial Engineer or related
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in similar positions preferably in mass consumption companies
Knowledge: English level B2 minimum
Competencies: Teamwork, leadership, communication skills and problem solving skills.
